Return Policy

 

RETURNS
The buyer may return new, unopened, unused items with all manufacturer tags still attached in the original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund subject to the stated terms below. Shipping is not refundable. Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.

DELIVERY ERRORS 
If we should make a mistake, we will provide you with a postage paid label to return the item to us at our expense and under the shipping method that we choose or authorize. Eligible returns will receive a refund of the full purchase price or a replacement order of the same item. If we deliver the correct size that was ordered, but the item does not fit the buyer, this would not be a delivery error and the buyer may be responsible for return shipping charges. 

WORN OR OUT OF POLICY RETURNS 
If we made no mistake (we sent exactly what was ordered by you) and you simply ordered the wrong item, color, size or the item is not to your liking or you just don't want it any longer; the buyer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The refund may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the entire purchase price. Footwear returns must be sent back with the original box and packing materials. Please use a shipping box when packaging footwear for return. If footwear is returned in new condition, but the shoe box is damaged written on or in less-than-suitable-for-resale condition your return will also be debited a 20% restocking fee for our time and expense to acquire a replacement box with the correct markings.
